Behind the numbers, active listings were up but at the same time listings sold or under contract were up DOUBLE vs year ago! This means there is still a great demand in the market with less than a month's supply avaiable.

As we head into August, it's a good time to see how the housing market performed in July.

Behind the numbers, active listings were up while listings under contract or sold were down vs YAGO giving buyers more options and making it critically important to stage/prepare homes correctly and price aggressively.

The days on market were comparable to YAGO with the average sales price up. Making it critically important to make the necessary repairs and present your house in the best possible way for buyers.
