Investor friends!!! Wanted to toss this out one more time.
We locked up and have closed on land for 6 short term rental builds all together in the Smokies! Approx 25 mins from Sevierville and Pigeon Gorge.
It's 3 parcels with 2 builds on each one. All 6 will be the same 2 bed 2 bath 850sqft build. We will have these completed for a potential buyer so no need for them to get a construction loan. We'd like to sell them as a package. It's a great opportunity for the right buyer.
AIR DnA has the annual gross rental on these at 60k each. We'll be looking for 525k per build. We can likely work in a furnishing package at that price as well to make them truly turn key!
