Our Gnome Home on Rose Hill has reached exciting milestones! ✨

Drywall is up, finishes selected, heat is on, and the primer is applied.

Stager Christine toured the space, and this weekend, the entire home will receive its final paint.

Stay tuned as we transform this construction site into a refurbished masterpiece over the coming weeks.🏡

✅ New Roof

This project was a labor of love! The roof was a complete tear off, with the original Spanish tiles unable to be saved due to the poor condition of the underlayment.

The new roof with architectural shingles was installed by the amazing team!
