In today’s edition of what did I find while house hunting… a w**d growing through the wall.

The best part, this was house one on the tour today. House two included the fresh smell of 🦨, a scale on the counter, and bug foggers throughout. It’s not typical I get two in a row with things screaming - this is not the one. 😳

Whew, what a week! I met these amazing sellers on a Sunday… two days later I am photographing their home to list. By Wednesday it was listed, and by the following Sunday we had multiple offers and several interested buyers.

The perfect offer for my sellers was presented and they accepted. 👏🏼 I am so excited for my clients and for the buyer. Next stop, closing!
