When we saw the property vs when we (finally) closed! We have gone through 2 seasons and it’s been a journey! I honestly think most people would have given up. But I had a patient and resilient buyer who stuck through all the challenges we faced. In the end, we had a fantastic lender that used her knowledge to navigate the challenges and get us to the finish line!

Today we are grateful to be recognized with the Circle of Excellence Award from the Realtor Alliance of Greater Cincinnati. In a room full of the top agents in the city, it was a powerful reminder of the professionalism, hustle, and heart that exists in our industry.

This award is based on production, but it represents so much more to our team — the trust of our clients, the relationships we’ve built, and the people who support us behind the scenes every single day.

Today was also about reflection, reconnecting, and celebrating alongside so many talented Realtors. We’re proud, we’re thankful, and we’re motivated to serve our clients at an even higher level in the year ahead.

✅ one floor living, including laundry on the first floor
✅perfect set up for all her woodworking including two workbenches

We attended a very informative class today that took a deep dive into the mechanics of the home. We appreciate Garrett Gerard sharing so much knowledge regarding furnaces, air conditioners and electric. This will definitely help us to guide our clients as they look for homes and help navigate the inspection process.

“Wow, I can’t believe this is my house! It looks amazing.” This was Kimberly’s reaction to seeing her house staged and photographed. I think that’s the reaction we want every seller to have. How you live in a home is different than how you sell it. We appreciate everything Kim did to maximize the sale of her home. By putting in a few thousand dollars to get it ready, she sold it for more than $20k than what she thought she would get (and an identical house next door that just sold). Congratulations Kim! Wishing you the best of luck in your new chapter!

When your dear friends have moved 14ish times and are practically pros…you want to make sure that this time stands out as one of the smoothest for them! We were able to get multiple offers, $20k over asking price, closing in 3 weeks and no inspection repairs! Congratulations Debbi and Doug! Love you guys!!
