Some of the best people in real estate are the agents you compete with. They answer your call, share a good contact, or cover a showing when you need help. They have their own business to manage, but they still make time for you.

That’s the kind of agent I want to be for others, too. Make the introduction. Share the contact. Check on someone who’s having a tough week. There’s still so much good in this business, and we can all keep adding to it.

You may forget who won the deal, but you won’t forget who helped you when things got hard.
