Kicking off the new year with a quick update 🍾

The girls wanted me to share that I’ve added a few new designations — and they’re clearly wondering why you’re not working with me yet.

Same Realtor, new year—just with a few more hats. I’m now also a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and a Notary.

As an MLO, I work for an independent brokerage and multiple lending institutions, which means more flexibility and more options for my clients (translation: less stress).

I’m licensed to work anywhere in California, and I’m always happy to refer and connect clients outside the state when needed.

Also worth noting: I love designing and redesigning homes, because sometimes the right layout (or paint color) really does make all the difference.

“California Assembly Bill 942 aims to amend the public utilities code to address net energy
meeting (NEM) and tariffs for eligible customer-generators… Homeowners who sell or transfer their property will see an increase in their electricity bills, estimated at around $63 per month.”
