I heard you like progress and thought process videos!

Working on Cleves late into the night for our upcoming viewing and of course we’re cosplaying the Queens. Cleves has these great shoulder tabs and I wanted to ensure they were voluptuous! The concept to keep them up and open is pretty simple: I’ll use a channel of boning to arc through and keep them in place.

I’m very happy with the results! What do you think? Aren’t the ginormous?!?!

Spring is such a great time to see homes because they’re so lush with green grass and full blooming trees! I am elated to have helped my buyers find their first home in friendly little Fuquay and help another beat out the heat of multiple offers on a gorgeous upgrade home in Raleigh.

Both journeys so different and at the end are the same: moving in to their perfect house. 🏡
