🌪️ Getting ready for next hurricane season? A wind mitigation inspection checks features like roof clips and wraps for the correct amount of nails here we show ( metal connectors consisting of a single strap that wraps over the top of the truss/rafter and is secured with a minimum of 2 nails on the front side in the right side picture and a mimimum of 1 nail on the opposing side in the left side picture) , that strengthen your home against storms—and may even qualify you for insurance discounts! A double tapped breaker and exposed wiring observed in an electrical panel during a Four Point residential inspection.

A double tap consists of two wires on one circuit breaker that is designed for one wire. It could overload a breaker and potentially spark, trip or overheat.
