What they don't see is the year-long journey that happened before it.

This buyer had recently moved here from out of state and was determined to find the right place to enjoy her retirement. Over the course of a year, we viewed numerous homes and went under contract four different times because she knew exactly where she truly wanted to be.

The first two contracts fell apart due to inspection concerns. The third ended when the appraisal came in significantly below value and the sellers weren't willing to negotiate.

On the fourth home, we faced another appraisal challenge, but this time we successfully negotiated a $12,500 reduction and got the deal to the closing table.

One thing that made this journey easier for everyone involved was how wonderful she was to work with. Even when deals fell apart and unexpected challenges came up, she remained patient, positive, and level-headed throughout the process. She handled every situation with grace, which made it much easier for all of us to keep moving forward.

To make things even better, Mindy Hapeman with Republic Bank helped secure an incredible 4.49% interest rate.

There were definitely moments of stress along the way, but that's real estate sometimes. The important thing is having the right team and being willing to keep moving forward when obstacles come up.

Today, she's extremely happy with the community she chose and after a year of searching, she ended up exactly where she wanted to be all along.
