Over the past few months, I’ve been working behind the scenes to better serve homeowners facing difficult financial situations like foreclosure and short sales.

I’m proud to share I’ve earned both my SFR Certification and CDPE designation.

Here’s why that matters…

These are unique situations that require a specialized approach, and too often, people don’t get the guidance they actually need.

A lot of homeowners in these situations feel like they’re out of options, but that’s not true.

The biggest mistake I see is waiting too long. Timing matters more than most people realize.

The earlier you understand your options, the more control you have over the outcome.

My role is to help guide you through these situations by:
• Breaking down your options clearly
• Helping you take action at the right time
• Creating a plan that protects you as much as possible

I’m currently putting together a monthly Zoom where I’ll go over:
