Today is a special day. šŸ”āœØ

What makes this closing so meaningful isn’t just the fact that Sabrina and Marques bought their first home. It’s everything they had to overcome to get here.

We started this journey nearly two years ago. Along the way, life happened, obstacles came up, and there were moments when homeownership had to be put on pause. But one thing that never changed was their determination. Every challenge that stood in their way, they tackled head on. Every task that needed to be completed, they handled with patience, persistence, and faith that their day would eventually come.

As first time homebuyers, the process got a little overwhelming to say the least. Between navigating financing, making important decisions, and working through the obstacles that popped up along the way, there were plenty of opportunities to get discouraged. Instead, they stayed committed to the goal and kept moving forward one step at a time.

In November 2025, all of that hard work paid off when Sabrina and Marques officially went under contract on their new construction home. Today, after months of anticipation, they finally received the keys. šŸ”‘

This moment is proof that the road to homeownership doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it takes time, sacrifice, patience, and resilience. The people who reach the finish line aren’t always the ones who have the easiest path. They are the ones who refuse to give up.

Sabrina and Marques, I couldn’t be more proud of you both and grateful that you trusted me to guide you through this journey. Your persistence paid off, and today is a testament to what can happen when you stay committed to your goals despite the obstacles in front of you.

Congratulations on becoming homeowners. Welcome to your next chapter. ā¤ļøšŸ”

3 reasons people are relocating to Greater Orlando right now šŸ‘‡šŸ¾

1ļøāƒ£ Affordability
Compared to places like New York City, Los Angeles, or Miami — your money stretches further here. More space, newer homes, and actual backyards… without the same price tag.

2ļøāƒ£ Lifestyle
Year-round sunshine, outdoor living, and access to world-class entertainment like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Florida. Whether it’s running trails, golf, or just being outside more… life feels different here.

3ļøāƒ£ Growth
Orlando is one of the fastest-growing cities in the country. New construction, expanding job opportunities, and major development projects are happening all over the area — which means long-term upside.

If you’ve been thinking about relocating to Orlando… there’s a reason it keeps coming up šŸ‘€

I’d do it like this šŸ‘‡šŸæ

First, I’d stop looking at houses.

Yeah… I know that sounds backwards.

But the biggest mistake people make when moving to Orlando is falling in love with a home before understanding the area. And out here, location isn’t just a zip code… it’s a lifestyle.

Because Orlando isn’t one thing.

You’ve got Lake Nona—clean, modern, fast-growing.
Clermont—hills, space, and a slower pace.
Winter Garden—walkable, family-oriented, community feel.
Davenport—more house for your money, but a longer commute.

Same city… completely different lives.

So before anything, I’d figure out:
Where do I need to be daily? (work, school, airport)
How much traffic am I willing to deal with?
Do I want new construction or something established?

Then—and only then—I’d come visit.

Not as a tourist… but like I already live here.

Drive the routes at 8am.
Sit in the traffic.
Go to the grocery stores.
Grab food in the area.
See how it feels.

Because pictures don’t show you traffic on I-4… or how peaceful a neighborhood actually is at night.

Once I’ve narrowed it down to 2–3 areas…
Now I start looking at homes.

And at that point, everything becomes clearer, faster, and way less stressful.

That’s how you avoid ending up in the ā€œwrong partā€ of Orlando… which happens more than people think.

If you’re thinking about making the move and want my step-by-step relocation guide…
