What makes this closing so meaningful isnāt just the fact that Sabrina and Marques bought their first home. Itās everything they had to overcome to get here.
We started this journey nearly two years ago. Along the way, life happened, obstacles came up, and there were moments when homeownership had to be put on pause. But one thing that never changed was their determination. Every challenge that stood in their way, they tackled head on. Every task that needed to be completed, they handled with patience, persistence, and faith that their day would eventually come.
As first time homebuyers, the process got a little overwhelming to say the least. Between navigating financing, making important decisions, and working through the obstacles that popped up along the way, there were plenty of opportunities to get discouraged. Instead, they stayed committed to the goal and kept moving forward one step at a time.
In November 2025, all of that hard work paid off when Sabrina and Marques officially went under contract on their new construction home. Today, after months of anticipation, they finally received the keys. š
This moment is proof that the road to homeownership doesnāt always happen overnight. Sometimes it takes time, sacrifice, patience, and resilience. The people who reach the finish line arenāt always the ones who have the easiest path. They are the ones who refuse to give up.
