Another one in the books! Thank you to my absolutely wonderful clients, who remained so patient through this entire process. In this market, it’s definitely tough, and it can even be discouraging at times because houses are flying off of the market so fast. I actually wrote an offer on this property about a month and a half ago for my OTHER clients. They ended up finding another home, and finally settled in. The agent circled back with me, and told me the house was probably coming back to market due to the buyers non-performance. We viewed the house and started the process.
