We had to demo the double car garage at our Cleveland duplex — it was worn down and the foundation was no longer stable. Safety and structural integrity always come first! Now we’ve got a clean slate to rebuild something stronger and more functional for the property’s future.

We ended up doing a buy and hold and selling it to another investor.
