Coach Lauren LaSuzzo, lovingly referred to as "Coach Lulu" by the student body, has been at Bayou Academy for 16 years! With a few softball state championships under her belt, she brings the same devotion and dedication to her role of P.E. teacher for elementary students. Coach Lulu introduces elementary students to different sports, teaching them fundamentals and helping them try new things. Being active is an important part of a child's health & growth, and Coach Lulu is working hard to make sure they get plenty of movement! As our softball coach, Coach Lulu has worked tirelessly every summer to coach our girls to be a team that comes to compete every single year. Under her coaching, Bayou Academy has won 5 state championships, 2 runner-up state championships, 9 north-half titles, and 12 district championships. We are so thankful Coach Lauren LaSuzzo is ours! Thanks for all that you do, Coach LaSuzzo!
