It's official: Interest rates have DROPPED! In fact, we haven't seen rates this low since February 2023. The truth is, if you're waiting for them to get lower then you better get your running shoes ready!

Because what most people don’t think about is that as interest rates drop, everyone will be racing to buy a home again.

Actually, if we look at the numbers, for every 0.25% drop in interest rates, over 1 million new people qualify to get a home loan.

That’s like shopping on Black Friday -- which may be okay for TVs and gifts -- but not for one of life’s biggest investments.

My best advice? Get connected with a lender NOW.
Find out what you can afford & start researching NOW.

Let me tell you about Monica at John Robert's Spa in Willoughby Hills —she’s next-level amazing! She’s not just a hairstylist, she’s basically a hair guru. I have been getting my hair done here for over 10 years.

I found her because I needed to fix a mistake that nobody else could. When I called the salon, I told the concierge - I need your best problem solver. And the rest is history. Monica is On Point. Always.

With all the years she’s been in the industry, her schedule fills out weeks in advance. Oh and she is a true master, as she also is in charge of teaching up-and-coming stylists on how to be just as fabulous. So if you cannot get on Monica’s schedule, just know that everyone at that salon is pretty great.

As for me, every time I leave her chair, I feel like a million bucks. Whether you want a big change or just something fresh and cute, Monica knows exactly what to do to make you feel and look your best.

Ladies, you have to see their new John Roberts Salon location in Willoughby Hills—it’s seriously gorgeous! The space is so open and full of natural light, it just feels so airy and relaxing. If there's ONE thing I've learned so far as a mom, it's this: What you do matters more than what you say. And often times, the smaller the thing you do, the more impactful it becomes.

I've tried to teach my kids to be the type of person who brings their cart back to the cart return station when shopping. It's not that this small act somehow changes the world...let's be honest it doesn't. But raising a kid who grows up with a sense of initiative DOES make the world a better place.

Liberty requires responsibility.

But I've learned that my kids pay attention to what I DO way more than to what I say. Sometimes the best teacher is a good example. It challenges us, as parents, to live up to what we preach.

And sometimes that happens in a grocery store parking lot.
