Hiring: Field Driver / Occupancy Verifier
Credible Home Inspections – Cleveland, OH (Cuyahoga County)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented driver to join our team!

Job Summary
You’ll drive throughout Cuyahoga County to verify property occupancy for our clients.
This is a field-based role with a simple workflow: arrive at each property, No Photos Required, and complete a quick 2-question form per work order.

Schedule
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• 8 hours per day

What We Offer
• Company car provided
• Gas card provided (expense report required)
• Hourly pay: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
• Consistent daytime hours with no weekends
• Independent, low-stress work (mostly driving and brief property checks)

Key Responsibilities
• Safely drive to assigned properties across Cuyahoga County
• Verify occupancy status
• Take limited required photos
• Complete a short 2-question digital form for each stop

Requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Required to work eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Smartphone comfortable with basic apps/forms
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

No previous inspection experience required — we’ll provide training!

We’re Hiring Field Inspectors at Credible Home Inspections!

Looking for reliable, employee that can work independently and join our nationwide team performing:
• Mortgage Field Inspections: Door hanger/letter deliveries, no-contact orders, and inspections of vacant bank-owned properties.
• Exterior Home Insurance Renewal Surveys: Simple walk-arounds of homes (homeowners are notified in advance—we contact them by phone the same day we recieve the work order).

Requirements:
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and attention to detail

Commitment Required:
• Minimum 5 days per week
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Must enjoy driving (daily travel involved)
• Some overnight stays required to assit in rural areas

Territory: We’re seeking reliable inspectors to cover Northeast Ohio and Southeast Ohio.
