We are a pet friendly community made up of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments that rent from $1,280 -$1,325 for a 1br, $1,265-$1,495 for a 2br and $1,545 - $1,695 for a 3br. Each apartment has washer/dryer connections. Our monthly pet rent is $25 per pet with a maximum of 2 pet allowances. There is also a 30lb weight restriction. Household income must be 3 times the rate of the rent of the apartment of interest in order to qualify!!!!!


We Offer 12-, 9-, and 6-month leases. Our 9-month lease has a $50 monthly upcharge, and our 6-month lease has a $100 monthly upcharge.

Our application process starts online at our website thepointeatwestland.com. Click on the link for Floor Plans on the task bar to get started. Our application fee is $60 for the first adult and $25 for each/any additional adult over the age of 18. There is a $100 non-refundable administrative fee. Ex: $185 for a couple.
