Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and evaluate promising acquisition opportunities.
- Sales Engagement: Utilize your sales prowess to analyze property values, assess market trends, and negotiate deals with sellers.
- CRM Management: Leverage our CRM system to effectively manage leads and track your interactions, ensuring prompt follow-ups and superior customer service.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure your success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage sellers through proactive communication, building strong relationships and facilitating negotiations.

Work Schedule:

- Flexible Hours: Work hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM, with an hour for lunch, alternating weekly between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM).
