Sold x 4!!! These buyers landed in Solon, Chagrin Falls, Avon Lake and Shaker Heights.
After a busy end-of-summer push running around the suburbs, I am finally getting a chance to catch up on some sales posts. To land buyers in homes A and B involved filming and/or FaceTiming 40+ homes along with the corresponding due diligence that follows.
I feel for buyers who have to move to a sellers’ market (and often a market they know nothing about and have no personal contacts in) and quickly decide how aggressively they’d like to pursue a home or make a bet on what re-sale might be later if their job relocates them again… often while balancing a very demanding job AND raising young kids!! Can you imagine ?? And yet it is so common!! It’s with clients like these that our job is very important.
And then homes C and D…. I was thrilled to help both client sets land the “upgrade home” in time for respective first born bambinos to arrive and then get both buyers’ homes sold in short order after inspections on the new homes checked out.
Moving is hard - but it’s also exciting and often a new chapter in a family’s life. Let us help make the transition a little easier and a little hopefully less stressful and more fun too.
