Interesting, maybe some news for those applicable! Mortgage rates are also continuing to drop but will we see sub 6% anytime soon? We'll keep watching and tracking how it goes. Lots of down payment assistance programs around!

Worth sharing: Believe Mortgage (formerly CHN Housing Capital), Cuyahoga County and the City of Parma announced funds are available to help residents become homeowners through down payment assistance.
