“When I think about the enjoyment I get from my career in real estate, my favorite things is making others realize that homeownership is definitely possible. As part of that, I also like helping them see that they have the opportunity to generate passive income from it, as well,” Sabrina shares.
Prior to earning her license in 2014, Sabrina worked as a freelance photographer and videographer. She found herself working with many agents in the area, and since her dad and brother are general contractors, she felt that becoming a realtor herself could be a good fit!
After a rocky start, Sabrina found her way in the industry. She found a niche in helping the Hispanic and Latino community on the west side of Cleveland, and focused on achieving their goals through creative solutions. Today, she runs a team of eight agents and one administrative professional. In 2021, the recorded a whopping 259 units, representing $37 million in sales!
