Horrible flip house out in Glenville. This property has many major structural issues. It is an 1850's house with 2025 cosmetic finishes. No structural improvements have been made since the house was built. Also work that was done appears to have no permits issued from code enforcement, which the home buyer may have to repair if more work is done in the future. In my opinion the new finishes tries to hide the major structural issues...and does it poorly.

Attic inspection: had to have seller cut opening into attic thru ceiling so I could inspect. Sometimes there is no attic access during the home inspection and the buyer can ask the selller to have access be installed. Good thing I was able to inspect the attic as there is possible mold, rodent damage and a roof leak.

Home inspection in Fort Edward...we found leaking drain pipe behind insulation in the basement. This is why we run water from all faucets during the inspection to catch these leaks as they happen.
