I’ve been going back to the gym every morning trying to get my body right.

While I was there I over heard a conversation between a lady (who was on the bigger side) talking with one of the gym trainers.

She was saying how frustrated she was because she’s been going for a few months now and she doesn’t ’look like some of the other women.’

I heard the trainer say something to her that really hit me hard.

I needed to hear it as much as she did I think.

Whatever your goals are, get after today. 💪

💥progress💥

Often times it looks like this.

Early mornings, late evenings. Everyday I subtract weight from my body and add weight to the equipment.

It’s been such an exciting journey these last 10 weeks. I mean… forget about the numbers... I feel great. I feel like I can get up and do anything.

I still get the occasional back flare up like this morning. But it’s part of my struggle and why I get up every day. It’s not ever going to be perfect. You’re gonna have bad days. Get up and go anyways.
