This one was special. It all started with a referral from a longtime friend, and I'm so thankful for the trust and the opportunity to help such an awesome family.
This journey had a few twists (Ankeny in this price range was competitive when we started looking😅), but we got creative, stayed patient, and it all led to a home they truly love, on terms everyone could feel good about.
And yes... the spooky season closing basket in July was 100% her vibe. 🎃😂
