The 28/36 rule when home-buying should be your first conversation…

I find clients everyday who think the standard is 20% down. Most don’t realize that they can buy right now with as low as 3% down, and be closing within 2.5 weeks. 🔑

With the 28/36 rule, no more than 28% of your total income should be spent on any monthly costs, as well as no more than 36% on your monthly payment! 👏
