Diane Martin and Josie Gill got 165 Fossil Cove Ln in Wilmington’s Shadow Lakes under contract in just TWO DAYS at over list price! That’s a pretty great result. Having to say goodbye to clients who’ve become dear friends? That part is a little tougher. 🧡

Jim Ludes ventured onto Diane Martin and Josie Gill’s Shadow Lakes turf and thankfully, the neighborhood experts welcomed him peacefully!

All jokes aside, Jim spent more than a year showing homes to a wonderful client, patiently waiting for the right place to finally present itself. When it did, it was 115 Fossil Ridge Road- and the listing just happened to be offered by Hexagon’s own Shadow Lakes dynamic duo, Diane and Josie.

With three Hexagon agents working together, the transaction moved smoothly toward a closing that made the entire journey worthwhile.

Jim said, “I was first introduced to this sweet young lady last July, and from that moment on, we searched and searched for the perfect place where she could truly feel comfortable and confident living on her own. Over a year later, we finally found it. Seeing her happiness at yesterday’s closing made every showing completely worth it.
