What would it take for you to buy a home sight unseen from hundreds of miles away? 🤔🏡✈️

For most people, the answer is simple: complete trust.

These amazing buyers came down from out of state for a “look and see” trip, but none of the homes we toured felt right. Instead of forcing a decision, we stayed patient, stayed in touch, and kept searching 🔎

Over time, through honest conversations and my approach of showing them EVERYTHING, the good, the bad, and the ugly, we built the kind of trust that really matters. No sales pressure. No sugarcoating. Just real guidance and honest communication every step of the way 🤝

Eventually, they purchased this home sight unseen and relied heavily on my experience through the walkthroughs, negotiations, inspections, and final turnover process. We even secured an additional credit on closing day to help tie up a few final details and make their transition even smoother ✨

How hard was it to leave behind family, routines, friends, and the comfort of knowing exactly where you belong? And in the middle of all that uncertainty, how important was it to have someone you could trust wholeheartedly to guide you through one of the biggest decisions your family would ever make?

From there it was consistent follow-up, conversations, consultations, video walkthroughs… doing the little things right over and over again.
