Just *Poppin’* in to Say We’ve Been Quiet on Instagram… But Definitely NOT Quiet in the Field! 🔎

If you’ve noticed we’ve been a little MIA around here lately, there’s a good reason…

We’ve been BUSY! 🙌

While we haven’t had much time to post, we’ve been out in the field inspecting homes, finding the little things (and sometimes the BIG things 😅), and helping our clients make informed decisions about their homes.

So just a little reminder:

YES—we’re still here.
YES—we’re still booking.
YES—we’re still inspecting! 🏠🔎

Whether you’re buying, selling, or just want to know what’s really going on with your home, we’ve got you covered.

📲 Need an inspection? Send us a message or give us a call!

Less time on Instagram. More time inspecting houses. And honestly… we’re okay with that. 😉

❄️ Winter Air Quality Matters More Than You Think ❄️
When homes are sealed tight for winter, indoor air quality can actually get worse. 🏠
• Less ventilation means airborne contaminants can build up
• Mold spores can circulate unnoticed
• Moisture from heating systems can create ideal conditions for mold growth
That’s why we’re offering 20% OFF Mold Air Sampling 🎉
🗓 Now through January 1, 2026
⚠️ Discount applies only when mold air sampling is purchased separately from a home inspection.
Knowing what’s in the air you’re breathing is especially important during the colder months when windows stay closed and families spend more time indoors.
Breathe easier this winter. ❄️
📩 DM us or contact us to schedule your mold air sampling today.

The last inspection of the year.

And a huge thank you to everyone who supported us in 2024.

We were able inspect 456 homes this years.
That doesn’t include all the additional radon tests, sewer scopes, air test, and water samples we performed.

Being a start up family business in 2021 our growth to this point has been down to the referrals of the agents that recommend us.
From the bottom of our heart we thank you.

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Do you see it?

That’s right second roof vent on the right!!!

This 3 year old home has had the opportunity to have a minimum of 3 third party inspections since completion!

Don’t trust the builders inspection? Or the builders 12 month warranty inspection?
Now don’t get me wrong they are d decent job most of the time. And most builders up here are happy to get the work completed. But they aren’t going to spend the time we do on 1 property.

Whether it be a purchase inspection, 11 month warranty, or an annual check up inspection, it really is important to keep on top of your home condition.

If no one got up on this roof before the snow and rain really started a simple fix could have ended up costing thousands in water damage repairs.

With thermal imaging in all inspections, we’re able to find unseen issues such as water intrusion, missing or water damaged insulation, plumbing leak, and damaged HVAC ducting!

Looking for an inspector who does thermal as standard?
It’s Elementary!
