Before jumping into that next move, practice.
If youā€™ve been renting or paying a mortgage as an example for $2000 a month and your new monthly amount is $5000. Spend $5000 a month.
This is the best way to get used to seeing how itā€™s going to effect you and if itā€™s going to be comfortable.
Donā€™t just go blow the extra money though! Open a high yield savings account with PNC or another bank offering 4% + on your money. šŸ’°
Take that extra $3000 a month in this scenario and put it in there. Let your money grow while you see if this is a scenario that will work for you šŸ’ŖšŸ»
If it doesā€¦.youā€™ve just saved more towards your down payment.
