XP Suites would like to introduce one of our new tenants.....Dr. Lovie Negrin APRN, FNP-C, AG-ACNP
Dr. Lovie Negrin is the executive director of Randomize Now, a medical research site that successfully increases the participation of black and underserved people in clinical trials. Over her 10-year tenure, Dr. Lovie has strategically implemented tactics to educate marginalized communities and ensure they have accessibility to novel therapies that will help decrease inequities and reshape healthcare. Dr. Lovie has dedicated her entire career to research and brings much passion for patient advocacy and decentralized initiatives.
In 2010, Dr. Lovie received her BS in biology at Valdosta State University, where she worked in biomedical labs for several years. Inspired by the evolving world of healthcare, she pursued an accelerated BSN at Kennesaw State University. While working as an ICU nurse at Grady Hospital, Dr. Lovie searched for a way to connect her love for the sciences to her God-given purpose of being a nurse. In 2012, Dr. Lovie initiated her career in clinical research at Emory School of Medicine, where she led the emergency neurosciences lab to several nationwide victories in highest enrollments. In 2017, Dr. Lovie completed a dual masters (Family and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) and later graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of South Alabama. Dr. Lovie is a member of the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SOCRA) and serves as the Director of Nursing for Black Women in Clinical Research (BWICR).
