The LOVE BOAT is a beautiful reminder of the town's connection to the Potomac River. From the oyster shells to the replica oyster tongs, every detail pays tribute to the watermen and the oyster industry that helped build this waterfront community. 🦪 🌊

Families coming back every summer. Friends rolling into town for the weekend. First-timers arriving and instantly feeling like they picked the right place.

It’s seen so many sunsets, so many easy days by the water, and so many people just slowing down for a bit.

One of our favorite things about hosting is knowing that every guest brings their own story with them.

For some, it's a family beach weekend. For others, it's a much-needed break from busy schedules. And for many, it's not really a vacation unless the dog is packed up and coming too.

We picture mornings that start here with coffee brewing and tails wagging. Evenings spent unwinding after a day of exploring Colonial Beach. The simple comfort of being together somewhere new.
