Some listing need a little more prep to go on the market. If my clients need help with interior design advice, getting on contractors and advising around general improvements for the best ROI (rate of return), I do offer listing packages that include all of that, even handiwork!

This 1941 home has been through a lot in its lifetime (mostly as a rental) and not many of its original features were left. So we’re trying to lean into the character and make it move in ready for a new owner who likes a quirky home with a cabin feel and Pikes Peak views!!
It will be listed at a great entry level price in the next few weeks and I hope someone will love the vision I have for it.

There‘s those dream pieces that you never think you’d own or even more find „in the wild“. When I saw this Kurt Østervig shelf at an estate sale 2 years ago for $50 because it was in bad condition, I knew I needed rescue it.🤎
The legs were badly broken out and fixed even worse and some other arias were terribly repaired and needed restoration.

Jesse at agreed to take on the project and so the shelf went with us in Oct 2025 from Colorado to L.A. and back just now after the international Docomomo conference.

I am so so happy to own such a beautifully designed and iconic piece and that I made the effort to get it repaired and refinished by the experts for danish furniture on the west coast! Definitely pay them a visit or check out their Instagram a if you’re into danish furniture.✨
