Beyond excited for this purchase! This couple came to me through the providence of our Heavenly Father! I couldn't be more happy to look at this family as friends more so than just buyers. With their beautiful family, there was definitely a specific floorpan and amenities that we were looking for and THIS HOUSE meets the majority of those check boxes. To top it off, the sellers on this house wanted to pass off a home that they were proud of and a home that my buyers would feel instantly at home in. While there is a bit of work that is in progress, the value of this home is immense! I can't wait to see what this house turns into. What is the most important part of advocating for your buyers in real estate? Making sure the buyers are getting the deal that they deserve! With the wishy washy nature of today's market, buyers should not be settling! This great family took their time making the right choice for them and scored BIG!!! Solar, xeriscaping, double shower heads in the custom primary bedroom?! That's just to start. I can't wait to walk this family through the front door on their new home in just a few short weeks! My mentor, Sean Warner, helped this seller buy this house years ago. Now, after a rough challenge as a landlord, this amazing house is getting new owners. With the a third of an acre, a massively oversized driveway, and a beautiful remodel on the inside, these buyers are in luck and this seller is exceptionally happy. What a quick turn around! These buyers and I did a FaceTime call for their final walk through and by the end of it, I really needed to say that in person, this 40 year old flip looks just like a new build! I love that I have the opportunity to walk through a bunch of houses with buyers to discover hidden gems in our community. This one will not disappoint! I met this family over the Fourth of July weekend. When a buyer says silly things like, "I'm sorry to tie you up on your weekend" or "I'm sorry you have to show houses at night", I like to remind them that being a Realtor is about being available when the Buyer is free, not the other way around! I can't begin to express how happy I am for this family! We were able to get them into an amazing home at a great price. This house is only a year and a half old and already on its second set of owners. Already, my irrigation and landscaping contractors are in the process of transforming the backyard into a hidden oasis before the owners move in! WOW! WOW! WOW! This family came to us in a message from Korea. We got them set up with a great search on the West side close to trails, found some great properties, videoed a bunch, put in a few awesome offers, walked through one property in person on the one day they had in the Springs. This market really put these first time homebuyers to the test! At the end, this family won out on an amazing house that is ready to be turned into a home again! Congrats guys!!!!
