There’s a difference between having an opinion… and showing up with respect.

☎️ A few days ago, I received a call from someone who had never even stepped foot inside one of my listings—yet felt completely comfortable sitting outside, criticizing the price and questioning the outcome. Not based on facts. Not based on experience inside the home. Just… noise.

🛑 Real estate isn’t guesswork. It’s not curbside commentary. It’s strategy, data, preparation, and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work that most people never see. Every home is priced with intention, backed by market knowledge, and guided by professionals who care deeply about the outcome for their clients.

🏡 What stuck with me wasn’t just the opinion—it was the approach. The entitlement to challenge something without understanding it. The lack of respect for the process, the homeowners, and the work that goes into every single listing.

So here’s the takeaway:
