Why should you hire a home inspector when buying a home or for annual maintenance inspections?

Buying a home is likely to be the largest purchase you will ever make. Many homes seem wonderful to a buyer when walking through them but will have many defects when looked at closely by a trained eye. That’s where home inspectors come in. We go through the home inspecting the things you never notice or think about uncovering defects to give you a better idea of the condition the home is in before you buy.
