What has the team been up to lately?

We’ve been busy, busy! With around 20 active listings, multiple properties under contract, and new opportunities hitting the market, it’s been a full season for our team. Between showings, inspections, negotiations, marketing, and helping clients navigate every step of the buying and selling process, there’s never a dull moment.
We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our clients continue to place in us and excited to keep the momentum going.

Teller County Animal Control is 100% correct. We are in full swing of kitten season, and already have a shelter full of them!!
