⚡Built to Zero Energy Ready Standards

Breaking Ground in New Jersey:
This is the FIRST 100% affordable Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project in NJ to be constructed with on-site well and septic systems - a potential game-changer for areas without municipal infrastructure!

This marks AHA's first standalone LIHTC project, and we couldn't be more proud of our incredible team who made this possible.

Build only the number of affordable units we owe, duplex structures with ADU’s on 1 acre roadside parcels subdivided from non-preserved farmlands. Only 100% affordable units for veterans, seniors, and families that income qualify; scattered throughout town preserving the low density residential character of our community.
