Survey Finds Entire Yellowstone Park Two Inches Higher Than Last Week

A routine measurement has confirmed that Yellowstone National Park is now sitting approximately two inches higher than it was last Tuesday. Survey crews found the change across several locations, suggesting the park rose together rather than one section getting ahead of the others. No adjustments are planned because the roads, benches, boardwalks and gift shops came up with it. Officials say existing maps remain accurate because most visitors were not using the vertical measurements anyway.
