Believe it or not, framing on this building just started on Thursday! Decerbo Construction is the best of the best - working through these crazy weather conditions to deliver the south building shell in record time! Additional thanks to RT Vernal Paving and Excavation, Lencyk Masonry, Santon Electric, and Pallante Concrete for getting us to this point with all their work this winter.

A look at our current project, Red Brick Commons Phase 3! Following a successful foundation pour, our team has continued to make strong progress despite unpredictable weather conditions. With the foundation complete, vertical construction is now underway and the next phase of the development is taking shape.

We are excited to bring new businesses to Columbiana and to continue investing in projects that serve the community in a meaningful way. 👷👷
