Sometimes, the wait really is worth it.

This home was previously pending but the deal fell through — through no fault of the home. Today, it’s officially back under contract 🙌

Started my day with a 5-hour inspection, negotiated two other deals, AND had both my kiddos as my sidekicks (they deserve a raise at this point).

Wyatts gearing up for his future in real estate! He loved learning today with an expert 😉 investigator! (His words)

Now, I'm finally logging off 15 hours later —
