Oh boy does my husband regret staying instead of moving. 4 projects in and still more to come. Our most recent was replacing the old dirty carpet with new flooring and handrails on the top landing. Turned out great!

I came across this article that highlights buying a home in a particular school district. Some great takeaways: 1. Do not solely rely on the proximity of a house to a neighborhood school because school district boundaries can change every year. 2. Maps could be outdated. 3. You can call that school district directly to check if the home is in that school district. 4. Also, ask if there are any future plans for redistricting. 5. Don’t trust the first source you come across.
