I had a prior managerial career in bank operations for one of
the largest banks in the country. Although many skills have been transferable, I specifically appreciate the years working as a Contract Negotiator for the Mortgage Loan Servicing division. In my role, I negotiated the contractual terms for how hundreds of thousands of loans would be serviced by the Servicing division. I routinely worked with deal managers, in-house attorneys, and department heads to ensure the interest of all servicing departments were accounted for in the final contracts. I held a great track record which lead to other managerial promotions. As your expert in the real estate market, my sole focus is securing your interests. I continue to invest in training that enhances my ability to better serve you rather than sell you. My attention to detail and preference for education and analytics continues to perform marvelously for my buyers and sellers. I am human too. I graduated from Columbus Alternative High School and received a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. I can also be found serving as a mentor to young boys and youth in the local area.
