3 years ago, I opened one of Florida's greatest real estate brokerages. Since opening, I attracted over 160 amazing realtors in Tampa. 1 of the things that made us so great was the original law-school derived training, the exclusive products our realtors could offer that other brokerages weren't, and the abundance of positive energy from our agents who had a genuine interest to want to give back to their communities just like me.
With our magnetic personalities, our brokerage was able to bring in over 500+ clients.
Unfortunately, majority of the clients our agents worked with weren't able to get qualified to buy a home.
I soon realized the affordable housing crisis had a direct, targeted impact on our realtors ability to make closings. I studied that if more people were able to qualify for a home, then more of our realtors would have certainly been wealthy, and less would have went out of business.
To solve this issue & to be able to further increase the amount of closings for ALL Realtors & Brokers, - Not only LexLand, I partnered to create The Real Estate Foundation which is a 501c3 non-profit that allows for more people who lack the resources or were previously denied a home to become approved w/ state-funded credit repair & housing counseling services. The foundation was created to increase revenue in all brokers and realtors by accessing the items that made LexLand so great.
