This role is the right-hand to the company owner and will consist of various administrative tasks, as well as relationship building with vendors. No day will be the same and you will wear many hats at a time.
Responsibilities
- Basic Property Management - building vendor relationships, getting quotes, advertising available rentals, utility, and insurance management
- Social Media - post daily on our company platforms
- Disposition - building buyer relationships, market properties via email and social media
- Marketing - managing large data sets across multiple platforms
- Office Management - keep the office stocked, sort mail, etc.
- Transaction Coordination - build a relationship with the title company, guide clients through the sale of a home
Qualifications:
- Must have strong administrative skills
- Excellent phone skills - must not have any fear to have potentially challenging phone conversations
- Advanced proficiency with internet tools
- Extremely organized
- Ability to manage projects and multitask
- Poised with attention to detail
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative, excellent judgment, and pride in your work
- Must have a positive and strong personality
- Proactive follow up skills
