A top firm spoke out last week, saying that all indicators pointed towards the Fed lowering rates at least six times in 2024. Is this possible?

"The construction industry still needs an additional 546,000 workers to meet the demand for new homes in 2024."

It would be great to see more houses being built to help with inventory. The inability to keep up with labor demands and cost of materials makes building a house tough in this market, even with reduced rates.

I took a look at home prices and income levels the last time rates were 8%. Key take away, house prices have vastly outpaced the median income in Columbus.
