There is a lot of information out there that doesn’t paint the entire picture for buyers. Yes, you can still put 20% down, and there are buyers still doing that. However, as a first time homebuyer that can be unattainable. Or you may realize you can actually afford to purchase a home with this knowledge. There are so many different programs and grants available to you. Make sure you’re working with someone that is educating you on these things! A good realtor + lender team will make sure you’re getting the best available to you!
