As they say, a good house is never done... Here is an article I have been working on for some time, touting my decorating finess...

I am systematically unduplexing my house, therefore, I have no rentals... The upstairs is slowly loosing the ceilings due to leaking, which is why I will not be renting it out. I still have only cleaned the kitchen and a bit of the bathroom since my 'neatness freak' left. I can't say moved out because all her junk is still there...as well as the filth and garbage... One thing at a time. But look at what I've done with my bedroom downstairs...!

They say you never forget an All-White Room... Choosing to do my bedroom like this was brave, but the result was perfect.

Got a new (used) refrigerator about a week ago... finally got the furnace and stove hooked up and running today! Yea! I got a guy recommended by Gearhart's True Value Hardware, who was VERY reasonable... Whew!
