As empty nesters, the Steeds became enthusiastic about real estate, taking on a renovation project in 2013, purchasing a condo in Dublin 2014, and were eventually lured to the small-town charm of Urbana, where they purchased their current home in 2016. Lee Ann now owns multiple investment properties and enjoys serving as ‘Super Host’ of her first Airbnb property. As a real estate enthusiast and proponent of preservation, Lee Ann enjoys volunteering as a trustee with the Champaign County Preservation Alliance. She is extremely passionate about helping to both beautify local historic structures and share their rich history with others!
