Buy a new house and sell the current house at the same time can be overwhelming. Hence we broke this into a 2-step process where seller moved into the new home and came back to get this house on the market, Yet it still feels like a lot from packing, cleaning, reparing what needed, then the true selling process of inspection, appraisal, buyer's loan approval and closing. Yet we negotiated a good offer for sellers and it was all worth it. Congrats!
